Returns & Refunds Policy

At A Tease, your satisfaction matters to us. We do our best to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition, but if there is an issue, we are here to help.

Non-returnable items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We also cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used toys
• Lingerie
• Lubricants, oils or consumables
• Other intimate items

This protects the health and safety of our customers.

We accept returns for

• Faulty products
• Incorrect items received
• Issues covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act

How to return an item

1. Email atease2017@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Our team will provide return instructions when the request meets the conditions above.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

At A Tease, we're committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly, discreetly and reliably.

New Zealand shipping costs

• Standard NZ tracked courier: $13 NZD.
• FREE standard NZ shipping on eligible orders of $150 NZD or more.
• Free Click & Collect is available from our Mount Maunganui store when offered at checkout.
• Some bulky or special-rate products use separate shipping rates and may not qualify for the standard rate or free-shipping threshold. Any different or combined delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping costs

• Australia: $40 NZD.
• Cook Islands, Fiji and New Caledonia: $35 NZD.
• United Kingdom: $50 NZD.
• United States: $60 NZD.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery partners

We work with trusted courier services, including NZ Post and Aramex, to deliver orders across New Zealand.

Processing time

• Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are added to the dispatch queue for the next business day.

Delivery timeframes

• Major cities and towns: estimated next working day after dispatch, depending on location.
• Rural and remote areas: please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
• Delivery timeframes are targets only and can vary because of courier delays, weekends or public holidays.

Discreet packaging

All parcels are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or A Tease branding. Learn more about our discreet NZ delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey online.

Click & Collect

Local customers can choose free Click & Collect from our Mount Maunganui store when available. See our Click & Collect information.

Delivery issues

• Once your order leaves us, it is in the care of the courier. Delays can occasionally occur.
• Missing orders: if your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch so we can investigate promptly.
• Courier investigations: these may take up to 10 working days. We'll keep you updated throughout.
• Refunds or replacements: we cannot issue a refund or replacement until the courier's investigation is complete.
• Delivered parcels: use a secure delivery address and provide clear delivery instructions where needed.

International orders

International delivery is available to the regions listed above. Customs processing can affect delivery timeframes, and international orders are packed discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging.

Check your local customs requirements if you are unsure whether a product can be imported into your country.

How Click & Collect works

1. Add your items to cart and continue to checkout.
2. Select Pick up / Click & Collect at checkout when available.
3. Complete your order online.
4. Wait for your pickup confirmation before coming in.
5. Bring your order confirmation when you collect.

Your order will be packed discreetly and kept aside for you until collection.
